Here are the requirements that must be met in order for CCI Greenheart to place students at your workplace.

  • Provide a safe work environment with positions that are seasonal or temporary in nature.
  • Provide participants with an average of 32 hours or more per week.
  • Be able to provide or assist in identifying suitable, affordable housing for participants.
  • Facilitate transportation or direct participants on how to use local transportation.
  • Have accessible staff onsite to manage participants.
  • Provide opportunities for participants to engage in cultural activities and interact with Americans in the workplace and in the community.
  • Be available to receive updates from CCI, stay informed on Department of State regulations and respond to CCI Greenheart emails or phone calls.
  • Be able to provide requested documentation to meet CCI Greenheart requirements and Department of State regulations.
  • Notify CCI Greenheart promptly when participants arrive at the work site and begin their programs; when there are any changes or deviations in the job placements during the participants’ programs; when participants are not meeting the requirements of the job placements; or when participants leave their position ahead of their planned departure.
  • Contact CCI Greenheart immediately in the event of any emergency involving a participant or any situation that impacts the welfare of participants.
