How Does it Work?

There are different ways that employers can cooperate with us, based on their needs:

• The Job Board is a user friendly, secure website that allows you to post your hiring profile and search accepted applicants. You can ask questions, answer concerns and offer jobs with the click of a mouse, whenever it’s convenient for you!
• We also offer a Full Program option where CCI searches through a pool of students to meet your criteria
• We also offer employers the opportunity to accompany us on overseas hiring fairs. Come with us to see where your students come from and interview and hire applicants face-to-face!

Who are CCI Work and Travel Students?
All students apply for the program as currently enrolled university students in their home countries. Each student is screened for English proficiency and interviewed about their reasons for enrolling in the program, prior to being accepted. Our students are qualified and excited about the possibility of working for you and living in the US.

Where Do the Students Come From?
The range of nationalities that CCI receives on the program continues to grow. Most of our summer students are from Eastern Europe, India, Turkey, Russia, Spain, Mexico, Colombia and the Dominican Republic. Our students in the winter come from Brazil, Argentina, and Ecuador. In the spring, we recruit students from Thailand.

When Do Students Arrive?

Students arrive for the spring season in March; for the summer, in May, June, and July; and for the winter program in November, December, and January.
