Flexible Hiring Options!
Job Board: CCI's most popular program, for employers who want to do their own hiring. View hundreds of student profiles and resumes, communicate directly with students, and offer jobs through our inventive Job Board option. This program is for you if you check email weekly!
EZ Program: CCI's full service program makes is easy! After discussing your needs and preferences your CCI Placement Specialist will complete your hiring and provide you profiles for each student arriving to your business.
Job Fairs: CCI's most fun program! Travel around the world with CCI to personally interview students in their home country! Get to know the culture, food, and sites with our local partners- all on our dime! We offer boutique hiring experiences in a variety of countries and welcome you to join.
Hometown Hiring Party: New, easy and fun! Join CCI in Chicago on an all expense paid trip, to complete your hiring virtually, with CCI staff and our employers!

CAREER ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM (CAP): Intern and Trainees
CCI’s Career Advancement Program provides U.S. businesses with the opportunity to have an international university student, recent graduate or a seasoned professional with them for 4 to 18 months.
If you are an American business willing to provide an career enhancing experience to a bright, energetic international student or young professional, the Career Advancement Programs are right for you. This program is ideal for internationally minded Host Organizations looking to increase their visibility in the global marketplace!

- Participants bring variety and a global perspective to the Host Organization's environment
Why Hire CCI Interns and Trainees? It's free! There is no cost for a U.S. business to host an international intern or trainee, just a willingness to provide a structured training experience as the participant helps you achieve your business goals. The only extra step for Host Organizations is that they are required to complete a Training Plan (T/IPP or DS 7002) in order to hire Interns or Trainees.
Can My Industry Hire Interns or Trainees? CCI is designated by the U.S. Department of State to receive interns/trainees in the following occupational fields:
- Business/Management/Commerce/Finance
- Hospitality/Tourism (including culinary arts)
How Are Interns and Trainees Screened? CCI’s partner organizations abroad interview participants to ensure proficiency in English and proper educational or occupational experience.
