Training and Development for Local Coordinators

CCI recognizes each Local Coordinator as a valued member of the CCI family and strives to always provide support and additional opportunities for growth to ensure that every LC develops both professionally and personally.  

CCI Regional Directors and Area Coordinators provide hands-on initial and on-going support to new and experienced Local Coordinators. We also have a wide variety of materials and training tools available to you to help you get started, including a library of recorded informational webinars, short video tutorials, a plethora of resource documents, and monthly emails filled with tips and information.

CCI Local Coordinators will also find an entire community of support from their regional team and a CCI Local Coordinator Facebook Group. Regional conference-calls regularly take place so that all LCs in a specific area can exchange ideas and learn from one another.
