By becoming a CCI Local Coordinator, you will reap limitless rewards both personally and professionally. The benefits of working with CCI include:

• Develop lasting international friendships both personally and within your local community.

• Earn extra income while working flexible, part-time hours from your home. CCI Local Coordinators receive a stipend for each student placed and monitored or recruited to travel abroad. Competitive stipends are paid on an independent contractor basis and vary based on the length of stay and type of program. Multiple bonuses are also available.

• Attend Annual Conferences in exciting domestic and international locations around the world. At these conferences, Local Coordinators attend presentations and workshops designed to enhance their existing recruitment and counseling skills. Attendees also often have the opportunity to gain unique perspectives on the world by meeting and mingling with representatives of our international partner offices. But perhaps most importantly, CCI conferences are an incredible opportunity for sightseeing, as they take place all over the world in vacation destinations such as Hawaii, Italy, Aruba, and Argentina.

• Receive a discount on Greenheart Travel Abroad Programs. CCI Local Coordinators are entitled to up to 10% discount on all Greenheart Travel programs including our Group Programs, called the ‘Local Coordinator Scholarship’. Local Coordinators, spouses and their children are eligible to receive the special discount, provided the Local Coordinator has placed or recruited at least one participant within the last 12 months.

As a Local Coordinator, you can play a part! You can be involved in a variety of ways:

• Plan a Greenheart project for your student that involves volunteer or environmental service projects.
• Encourage and help your exchange student participate in the Greenheart Club and Greenheart Spring Break opportunities.
