About the Program

We are now accepting applications for the new Teach in Georgia program for September start dates! There is no program fee for Teach in Georgia as the program is subsidized by the Georgian government. Deadline for fall programs: August 15, 2010

Greenheart Travel Teach Abroad programs are an excellent way to travel inexpensively and experience a true cultural immersion.

For new college graduates, teaching overseas can be a great bridge between undergraduate studies and graduate school or career plans, while career breakers may find it is just the adventure they need to recharge and regroup between jobs. Teaching abroad might even open the door to a long-term teaching career. Most programs do not require teaching experience, just a bachelor's degree in any field and the desire to contribute to providing quality education to a group of eager students of English.

Destinations

Greenheart Travel offers Teach Abroad programs in a variety of destinations:

Teach in Korea (no program fee)
The Teach in Korea program is available to qualified candidates who have a minimum of a BA/BS degree in any field and are a native English speaker and citizen of a country where the primary language spoken is English. Programs run for 1 year (52 weeks) and begin in September. 

Teach in Georgia (no program fee)

The Teach in Georgia program is available to candidates who are minimum 20 years of age, have a minimum of two years of college study and are either a native or fluent (near-native) speaker of English. There is no maximum age limit - adventurous retirees are encouraged to apply!

Teach in Taiwan (no program fee)
Teaching in Taiwan is a perfect program for licensed teachers to have the opportunity to earn a salary, teach English in Taiwanese private schools, and experience Taiwanese culture.

Teach in China
• Multiple location placements: Earn a TEFL certificate and teaching experience as an English teacher in China!
• Fujian Province (no program fee): Live and teach in this beautiful, mountainous region that boasts a subtropical climate and warm winters.

Teach in Chile
The Teach English in Chile program is available for participants with a minimum of a 2 year Associates' degree or equivalent in any field for 10, 8, 6 or 4 months with specific start dates.

Teach in Thailand
The Teach English in Thailand program Is available for 5 or 10 months. Participants must be native English speakers and have a bachelor's degree in any subject.
