Nicole CookNicole Cook, CCI Short-term Programs Director

Short-term Programs Director

Nicole began working with CCI in March of 2004. After earning a degree in Literature from BardCollege in New York Nicole ventured off to Prague where she worked as an editor for a travel website (and discovered that beer can actually taste good!). Following that she spent a year teaching English as a Second Language and training volunteers for the Greenville Literacy Association in her home state of South Carolina, and later taught ESL in Mexico. Nicole manages CCI's Inbound Group, Independent Homestay, and Internship Programs.

Jennifer (“Jen”) MarshallJen Marshall, CCI Discovery Abroad Intern

Independent Homestay Coordinator, CCI Intern

Jen graduated with distinction from the University of Illinois in 2005 with a degree in Political Science. A life-changing year spent abroad in Dublin, Ireland in 2004 inspired Jen to seek a career in cultural exchange. Jen came on as an intern with CCI in the fall of 2006 to assist with program administration. In addition to her year in Ireland, Jen spent the summer of 2005 living with a host family and studying Spanish in Cuernavaca, Mexico, and has traveled in Germany, Spain, England, France, Italy, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Austria and Scotland. We all think it’s really cool that Jen rides a motorcycle – on nice days she even commutes to work on it!
