Meet the Accounting Staff

Michele Schultze

Chief Financial Officer

Michele joined CCI in 1997 after working her entire career in accounting. She started as an accountant and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2001. Michele received the CCI “Hall of Fame” award at the national conference in New Orleans, in October of 2004, for her dedicated work in keeping the finances straight. She makes her home in St. Charles, Illinois, where she has lived her whole life.

Nancy Quilico

Accounts Payable Manager

Nancy joined CCI in the Fall of 2000 working in the Accounting Department. She is currently responsible for the Payables side of the department, as well as Human Resources. Nancy has been a resident of the Fox Valley, Illinois area for many years.

Carolyn Behl

Accounts Receivable Manager

Carolyn Behl has worked in our finance department as the accounts receivable manager since 2002. Her duties include invoicing for all of our programs as well as collections and account review and analysis. She came to us with several years experience in the public accounting field along with a strong administrative background. She is a working mom with two teenage children at home.

Pam Harms

Accounting Assistant

Pam received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida. After a few years in the work force, she elected to be a stay-at-home mom for her three daughters, Jenny, Krissy, and Kelly. During that time, she spent her days volunteering at the local schools and for the swim teams that her daughters belonged to. Now that her girls are older, she decided to go back to work on a part-time basis at CCI. She lives in St. Charles with her husband, Kenny, and daughter, Kelly.
