Carolyn Behl, Accounts Receivable Manager Carolyn Behl has worked in our finance department as the accounts receivable manager since 2002. Her duties include invoicing for all of our programs as well as collections and account review and analysis. She came to us with several years experience in the public accounting field along with a strong administrative background. She is a working mom with two teenage children at home. |

Paula Herrmann, Accounting Associate Paula alternates her working and personal life between left-brain critical thinking and right-brain creative expression. She started out in banking over 30 years ago. She studied liberal arts and business at Purdue University and has worked in bookkeeping in banking, public accounting, the hotel industry, and private medical practice. Paula also has a B.A. in Graphic Design from Columbia College and worked as a graphic designer in publishing and freelanced. She managed her family’s automotive service shop and co-owned an event decorating company. Paula has also done professional puppeteering. She endeavors to bring a creative approach to life’s little challenges. As the Accounting Associate, Paula keeps things running smoothly and orderly in the department. She supports Greenheart’s mission of social responsibility and personal transformation and is active in Chicago's conscious communities. Growing up on a farm has given her a respect for the natural world and sustainable living. She lives in a tiny wooded haven in the Rogers Park neighborhood with her husband, three cats, and various wild animals, where she cultivates, cooks, creates, cogitates and conjures. |

Yedda Matthews, Grants Accounting Manager Yedda earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from North Park University in Chicago. She joins CCI with an impressive background in accounting, including Payroll Specialist as well as having 5 years of non-profit accounting experience and over 20 years of public accounting work. Yedda has experience with federal, state and city grants as well as grant reporting and auditing. Her public accounting experience has allowed her to work for various companies in fields such as publishing, insurance, manufacturing, hospitals and real estate. |

Amy Webber, Director of Accounting and Greenheart Amy comes to CCI with over 20 years of non-profit accounting and consulting work as well as grant writing and reporting. She is also a retail specialist and brings this knowledge and experience to the Greenheart Shop. Most recently, Amy was the Executive Director for a local career transition non-profit.
