School Programs

Your group will have a unique opportunity to gain intimate knowledge of the culture of the country you are visiting by living with welcoming host families and enjoying excellent organized cultural and recreational excursions and activities.

Group homestays are the ideal way for students studying a language or particular culture to get the most out of an overseas travel program. Host family placement gives students many more opportunities to explore the culture and language of the host country than traditional tour programs.

As a Group Leader, you will travel for free. Your round-trip, international airfare, host family accommodations, and participation in all organized activities and excursions will be covered. In addition, for each group participant over the minimum number of participants, you will earn a $100 stipend.

If you are a teacher or individual, age 25 or older, who is fluent in the language and customs of the country to which you wish to travel, Greenheart Travel encourages you to organize a group of students or adults who would like to travel with you.

We can design a group travel program according to your specifications. You can choose the location, general itinerary, number of classes and activities, and the dates of the program. We will tailor a program that will best meet the needs of your particular group.

Deadlines

Contact us at least 12-16 weeks prior to your preferred departure date to allow adequate time to organize your program. Participant and Group Leader applications should be received at least 8 weeks prior to departure date.
