Greenheart Transforms Presents:
Meditation Medley: Tuesdays beginning October 5, 2010
Greenheart’s Meditation Medley is a four class series where each class explores a different style of mediation including: movement meditation through Qi Gong; mantra based meditations through Yogic traditions; heart opening meditations and a meditation based upon the Peace Breathing methodology. Every class will be taught by an expert in the specific field of meditation. Greenheart's Meditation Medley introduces different styles to suit any beginner or advanced meditation practice.

Oct.26: Mantra based meditations: by an instructor of Yoga Now
