Greenheart Transforms Presents:
Meditation 101 Series: June 16 - 30
Join Greenheart Transforms for a beginner level mediation class. Learn about the roots of meditation, several different methods and how to apply meditation to the urban lifestyle. Whether you are new to the idea, or practice daily, this three-week series will enhance your individual practice. This course is taught by a certified mediation instructor from Chopra University. The curriculum draws from Yoga, Zen Buddhism, Sufism and other schools of thought relating to the ancient practice of mediation.
