High School Abroad Program Fees
What's included?
- Prices include round trip international airfare from gateway city, airport pickup/drop off in destination country, medical insurance.
- Prices do not include domestic transportation to gateway city, taxes/surcharges on international airfare, optional activities and excursions.
- Daily transportation costs are the responsibility of the participant.

Payment Policy and Schedule:
• $500 non-refundable deposit due with submitted application. If you cancel your program at any time after we receive your application, your deposit is non-refundable. If we do not accept you to the program, your deposit will be refunded less a $150 processing fee.
• First payment of $3,000 due within 7 days after acceptance to the program. Flights will not be booked until after first payment is received, if applicable.
• Remaining balance due May 1 for fall departures and November 1 for spring departures.
Cancellation Policy:
• 25% of program fee forfeited up to 12 weeks (more than 84 days) before program start date
• 50% of fee forfeited in cases of cancellation 12 to 4 weeks (84-29 days) before program start date
• 75% of fee forfeited in cases of cancellation 4 to 2 weeks (28-15 days) before program start date
• 100% of fee forfeited less than 2 weeks (14 days or less) before program start date
