Volunteer in Tanzania (Ages 18+)

Tanzania faces many of the socio-economic challenges common among developing nations: widespread poverty, lack of adequate health care in rural areas, environmental degradation, and social injustices. As an international volunteer you Tanzania volunteer with child will provide much needed support to Tanzanians who are working to find practical solutions to these problems.

Housing

Accommodation is in clean, comfortable hostels with shared rooms and kitchen facilities, most with garden areas and verandahs. Volunteers may also choose homestay accommodation with a carefully screened Tanzanian family. Half board (breakfast and dinner) is included.

Orientation

All volunteers will receive a full orientation upon their arrival. During this time, volunteers will stay in a clean hostel owned and operated by our partner office in Tanzania.
