Internships
in Barcelona, Spain (18+)
University students and recent graduates can gain supervised, practical training in their chosen field while deepening their understanding of Spanish culture and business practices. Barcelona is a major commercial center with opportunities for professional development in a variety of fields. Interns are placed in voluntary internships in the Spanish coastal city of Barcelona. Home to spectacularly imaginative architecture, an avant-garde arts scene, world class museums and a lively night life, Barcelona is an exciting place to live and work.
Requirements
Participants must have an intermediate to advanced level of Spanish. Students who do not have meet the minimum language requirement may opt to take a Spanish course prior to beginning the internship.
Housing
Room and board is not included in the program fee. However, the staff in Spain will assist you in locating a place to live according to your preferences. Choose from homestays, shared apartments, residence accommodation or hostels.
Program Dates and Duration
Start dates may vary according to the type of internship requested. Depending on the field, most internships have a minimum duration of 3 months, though some are offered for 2 months. Contact CCI for information about available start dates and minimum duration for your chosen field.
