Child Development Center
Project Details
Besides offering daily care to children while their parents are at work, the staff and volunteers at the center conduct a variety of workshops that help to educate and provide recreational enjoyment for the young ones. They enjoy music classes, nature and science workshops, English lessons, and activities for self-expression and personal development. The 180 children being served are divided in to a morning and afternoon group that lasts about four hours each. The goal of the day-care center is to educate the children in a warm and welcoming environment thus allowing them to become independent, self-confident, and happy.
